Job Overview:

As a Mechanical Engineer at IEQ Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of chilled water systems and refrigeration systems. You will play a critical role in managing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and commissioning. Your expertise in chilled water and refrigeration systems will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, energy-efficient, and sustainable IEQ solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the most suitable chilled water and refrigeration systems for specific client projects.

- Develop comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for the design and installation of chilled water and refrigeration systems.

- Oversee the installation and commissioning of chilled water and refrigeration systems, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and project timelines.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on existing chilled water and refrigeration systems to detect and troubleshoot any issues.

- Manage all technical documentation, including equipment manuals, technical reports, and project records.

- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.

- Communicate project updates and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining chilled water and refrigeration systems.

- Strong knowledge of chilled water system and refrigeration design principles, equipment selection, and installation methods.

- Proficiency in using relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
