THE OPPORTUNITY
Serves as the account manager between MegaXcess and high-value third-party companies & government licensing bodies to assure compliances to regulations. Maintain communications with both internal and external stakeholders. Track, manage, and maintain information and documentation regarding ongoing projects and workloads.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the bridge: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, managing all incoming and outgoing information flow. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, keeping track of key details, interactions, decisions, policies and processes with clients.
- Meeting Maestro: Schedule, coordinate and facilitate on-site meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared, full agendas of compliances are covered and next steps clear with the post audit activities.
- Compliance Champion: Oversee 3rd party and internal documents and discussions, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Must follow a formal-government style written communication in reports and files.
- Coordination Chief: Provides assistance during preparation of integration, project issue, revenue and any other relevant reports and coordinates with the concerned 3rd parties.
- Point of Escalation: Be the first point of escalation for issues with 3rd parties ensuring all relevant information is gathered and coordinated with management and government licensing body. To facilitate smooth problem-solving process with strong admin, regular follow-up and tactful communication.
- Undertake any other tasks deemed relevant by the Senior Management.
JOB COMPETENCIES & SPECIFICATIONS
- Preferably at least 4 years similar work experience; preferably handling B2B clients ensuring compliances
- Preferably a 4-year course graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, AB Communications, or any related courses
- Excellent Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations, including financial literacy, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions across various domains such as finance, marketing, operations, and management.
- Excellent Formal Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Proficient in crafting formal correspondences, including letters to private companies and government regulatory bodies. Has strong interpersonal skills to effectively and comfortably communicate with assigned accounts and individuals at all levels, including executives and owners.
- Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills: Able to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously, coordinate meetings with various internal and external parties, and produce meticulous documentation while adhering to government policies.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks and responsibilities.
- On-call: Willing to travel to client offices for urgent meetings when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications: Must possess at least average proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 applications and other essential productivity tools.
