SM Retail is looking for a Merchandising Systems expert who will help elevate our sales, inventory efficiency, and overall merchandising operations. If you're passionate about improving processes, enhancing systems, and enabling teams to perform at their best, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Represent the Merchandising team in company-wide systems and process improvement projects
  • Lead UAT for merchandising system enhancements and document processes for rollout
  • Analyze and improve procedures related to merchandising, inventory, warehousing, and vendor operations
  • Prepare and release memos on master data, pricing, and merchandising systems guidelines
  • Partner with IT to develop and enhance computerized systems that streamline workflows
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new hires and existing users on merchandising applications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or any related field
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • 5+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce, or FMCG (advantage)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment
