Financial Analyst (Entry Level)

Hybrid – BGC, Taguig City

Project-based until December 31, 2025 (possible extension until March 2026 based on performance)

About the Role

We're looking for an Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our team This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain real-world finance experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

You'll get hands-on exposure to variance analysis, reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and journal entry posting—all while working with experienced finance professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with variance analysis to understand financial performance.
  • Help with system-to-system reconciliations to make sure records are accurate.
  • Support month-end closing by preparing reports and schedules.
  • Post journal entries and ensure everything is recorded properly.
  • Work closely with other teams to solve discrepancies and provide financial insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of finance/accounting experience are welcome (Internship/OJT experience counts).
  • Good with numbers and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Team player, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Open to a hybrid work setup in BGC, Taguig City.
