What is the role?
Step into the new era of global finance as our Shared Service Finance Manager. Lead international Accounts Payable and cash reconciliation with precision, unify workflows across business units, and drive continuous improvement. This role demands strong technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and a flexible, fast-learning mindset to elevate our shared services to the next level.

Other duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Enforce AP policies and support full invoice-to-payment cycle.
• Lead vendor payment reconciliations and cash reconciliation processes.
• Drive AP automation and monitor payment cycles and cash flow impacts.
• Collaborate with treasury and ensure international tax compliance.
• Lead and develop AP and reconciliation team, setting clear goals and fostering improvement.
• Implement process enhancements focused on efficiency and automation.
• Act as key contact for AP issues across global teams and vendors.
• Support audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Bring experience in high-volume shared services and global payment practices.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and collaborative approach

Work Set-up/Schedule

• Permanent Work from Home
• Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, 8-hour shift with some extended hours

Who are we looking for?

• Proven track record in managing Accounts Payable operations and cash reconciliation
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Great Plains) and AP automation tools
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Background in multi-entity organizations with $100M+ in revenue (preferred)
• Familiarity with global operations and foreign currency transactions
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Finance, including 3+ years in shared services
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Medius or other automated payroll systems is a plus
