QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Technical Vocational Graduate / TESDA Certificate / Preferably Master Electrician
  • With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in high voltage electrical work
  • Must have extensive knowledge in energy conservation
  • Preferably with experience in repair and maintenance of any generating plant, substation and high voltage transformers
  • With good working attitude, analytical, highly innovative, can work with minimum supervision, able to handle multiple tasks, organized, hardworking, persevering, and able to work under pressure
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Physically fit
  • Willing to work at Riverbanks Center, Marikina City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify all lighting issues and perform corrective action as needed;
  • Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs electrical distributions systems, equipment and facilities, including electric motors and its controllers, generators and auxiliary systems;
  • Performs the maintenance of all electrical equipment, lightings (normal and emergency), signages and auxiliary equipment of all buildings and facilities within the company and ensure that they are operating in normal conditions at all times;
  • Ensures that all EE rooms and electrical equipment (transformers, switchgears, panel boards, fuses, switches/disconnects, capacitor banks, station batteries and battery banks, regulators, frequency drives, electric meters, pumps, fans and blowers) are at normal operating condition at all times;
  • Conducts regular patrol and monitoring of all different types of electrical equipment such as thermal scanning, current and voltage readings and to include sound and vibration observations;
  • Maintains and provide an up-to-date information of equipment and devices (names and labels/tags) for any alteration that has made;
  • Performs switching operation in any normal and emergency cases;
  • Performs Lock-Out and Tag-Out (LOTO) procedure in the switching of power.
  • Attends to emergency call-outs.
  • Record all activity done and accomplish maintenance checklist .
  • Submit maintenance reports to immediate supervisor.
