Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance (oil changes, brake inspection, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc.) on fleet vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure repairs are completed efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain service records and log all work performed in accordance with company guidelines.
Diagnostics & Compliance
  • Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Recommend corrective actions and advise management on major repairs or part replacements.
  • Support compliance with brand, customer, and airport authority requirements (where applicable).
Fleet & Operational Support
  • Assist in monitoring vehicle condition to maximize utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Support dispatch and operations teams by ensuring vehicles are road-ready and meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when needed.
  • Assist in accident damage assessment and documentation.
Safety & Continuous Improvement
  • Follow all workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Ensure proper use, care, and calibration of workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance fleet reliability and reduce repair costs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay updated with latest automotive technologies.
