We are seeking friendly, attentive, and experienced Dining Staff to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests by delivering prompt, professional, and personalized service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements

  • Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and recommend specials

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff

  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction

  • Monitor and respond to guest needs throughout their dining experience

  • Clear and clean tables efficiently and reset for new guests

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations

  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary

  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or dining service preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and guest-focused attitude

  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills a plus
