About the Role

Join our Data Science and Innovation (DSAI) team to deliver data-driven solutions across business units in Makati. What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Statistics
  • 2 years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and BI tool usage
  • Proficiency with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is a plus

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes and identify major pain points
  • Develop scalable solutions that address key business issues through data analysis
  • Perform data modeling and preprocessing for BI applications
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and present findings using visualization tools
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that support reporting requirements
