DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Source and negotiate with vendors for price, specification, availability and method delivery.
  • Focus on sourcing of food and nonfood materials of Ongpin fried Siopao/Shawarma Shack Concept.
  • Review and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies, and coordinate with vendor as needed.
  • Research potential vendors.
  • Process all Purchase Order of Pest Control for billing purposes.
  • Assist vendor needs such as delivery concern.
  • Update vendor information's and documents in SAP Business One.
  • Ensuring all supplier submitted an updated copy of Vendor information sheet together with updated requirements.
  • Monitoring and filing of all signed reports such as comparison and new item reports.
  • Monitoring status of all payment first purchase Orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Any Related Course.
  • At least with experience in SAP BUSINESS ONE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
