About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients from top-tier telecommunications companies
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Customer service or call centre experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
