Store Supervisor for Naga Branch

Responsible for managing the store administrative functions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Oversee store incoming calls, effectively resolve customer problems, improve sales performance by exercising sound independent decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing - analyze market pricing, plan and determine a fair and reasonable selling price that is competitive and ensure store profitability
  • Sales - achieve monthly sales quota of the store by implementing and adapting corporate guidelines
  • Administrative - responsible for the maintenance of the Service Vehicle/s and cleanliness or orderliness of the store and ensure that the work area is free from anything that can cause any damage to customers' vehicles
  • People Management - ability to lead, train, motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years experience in handling store operations in a supervisory level
  • Knowledge of Inventory Managemet and Control
  • Computer literate
