Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling:

Load and unload raw materials, ingredients, and finished products from machines, carts, and delivery vehicles.
- Equipment Operation:

Assist with the startup and shutdown of production machinery, tend to equipment, and lubricate parts as needed.
- Production Support:

Place items onto equipment for processing, monitor the production line, and follow production guidelines and targets.
- Quality Control:

Monitor operations to ensure products meet quality specifications, mark parts for identification, and remove defective items.
- Workstation Maintenance:

Keep the production area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and removing waste material and debris.
- Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies, including specific protocols like HACCP in food manufacturing.
- Documentation:

Record production data from gauges and charts and report any issues, malfunctions, or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Teamwork:
