Ensure that systems are set up correctly and are fully operational. Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Maintenance & Repairs:Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and technical issues. Repair or replace faulty parts and components as needed.

Maintain detailed logs of services performed. Customer Support:Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits. Offer troubleshooting assistance and resolve problems promptly.

Advise clients on preventative maintenance practices to avoid future issues. Documentation & Reporting:Document service activities, including time spent, parts used, and the nature of the problem and solution. Complete service reports and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Provide feedback to the company about potential improvements or recurring issues. Upgrades & Modifications:Install and configure system upgrades or software patches. Advise customers on potential improvements or modifications to enhance system performance.

Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure customers are fully satisfied with services rendered. Safety & Compliance:Follow safety procedures and company guidelines when working with electrical, mechanical, or other potentially hazardous equipment.

Ensure that equipment meets regulatory standards and compliance requirements. RequirementsJob Title: HVAC or Mechanical EngineerEducational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HVAC systems.

Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting, evaluation of air conditioning systems, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement HVAC systems, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Working Conditions: May work in various environments; occasional overtime may be required.
