Job Summary:

Ang Utility Personnel ay responsible sa pagpanatiling malinis, maayos, at presentable ang buong opisina araw-araw. Magbibigay din siya ng tulong sa pang-araw-araw na operational needs ng opisina gaya ng pagtanggap ng deliveries at pagtatapon ng basura. Directly siyang magrereport sa Executive Assistant at sa CEO, kaya mahalaga ang pagiging maasahan at mapagkakatiwalaan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning ng office floors, workstations, pantry, at restrooms
  • Pagkolekta at pagtatapon ng basura
  • Pagtulong sa pagtanggap ng mga deliveries
  • Pagsigurado na malinis at presentable ang office environment
  • Pagtulong sa ibang admin tasks kung kinakailangan

Qualifications:

  • Masipag at maaasahan
  • May at least 1 year na experience sa janitorial or utility work
  • At least High School graduate
  • Malinis sa katawan at presentable
  • Marunong gumamit ng basic cleaning tools at materials
  • Mapagkakatiwalaan at marunong mag-ingat sa confidential na impormasyon
