Realty Head

The Realty Head ensures the end-to-end management of all the real properties of the Company in the acquisition, control, maintenance, and optimum utilization of the assets. This includes, but it is not limited to, the handling of real property inventory management, oversight on technical and survey services to ensure integrity of ownership of properties.

• Oversees the geodetic engineering function to ensure accuracy of actual land boundaries
• Oversees and manages the acquisition of real property:
• Oversees the management of all leased real property to ensure these are all effectively tracked, monitored, and ensure prompt collection of rental income and payment of rental payments:
• Oversees the management of real property inventory:
• Oversees the conduct of boundary verification / relocation / topographical surveys and other related engineering survey works.
• Land use conversion and permitting requirements of various government agencies

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or any relevant course
• Post-graduate degree in a related field and/or knowledge in geodetic engineering is an advantage
• With at least 10 years or more years of relevant experience in end-to-end property management
• Proficiency in QGIS, Surveying (Total Station, RTK, Leveling), MS Office, AutoCad
• Familiarity in handling surveying and mapping equipment
• Familiarity in using basic measuring devices and tools
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with different organizational teams and external stakeholder of all levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people management and leadership skills
