About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team and drive vendor and sponsor growth across our event portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who loves building campaigns that convert, understands how to move leads through the funnel, and knows their way around marketing automation and Salesforce.
You'll own the full campaign lifecycle, from writing and launching emails, to building automation workflows, to tracking performance and surfacing insights that help us scale what works.
What You'll Be Doing
· Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns focused on vendor/sponsor acquisition.
· Write and build email campaigns and lead nurture flows using our marketing automation platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
· Set up workflows, tagging, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate campaign tracking.
· Monitor and maintain lead quality and data integrity in Salesforce.
· Set up reports and analyse campaign performance (MQL's) and optimise open rates, CTR, conversion to meetings, and conversion to SQLs.
· Work closely with sales to align lead definitions, handover process, and pipeline impact.
· Support with re-engagement strategies for cold or aged leads.
· Support campaign reporting and help surface insights to inform future strategy.
· Conduct regular A/B testing to learn and optimise campaigns for performance.
What You Bring
· Min 3 years in a B2B marketing role, ideally with lead generation or campaign execution focus.
· Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) to build and automate B2B lead gen campaigns.
· Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM for lead tracking and reporting.
· Strong writing skills, able to craft clear, persuasive campaign copy.
· Solid grasp of campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, SQL) and how to improve them.
· You're detail-oriented, methodical, and confident navigating the backend of marketing systems, from building workflows to troubleshooting sync issues and ensuring everything is tagged and tracked correctly.
Bonus points if you have
· Experience in events, B2B sponsorship, or vendor marketing.
· Familiarity with retargeting, ABM, or paid LinkedIn campaigns.
· A test-and-learn mindset, you enjoy iterating for growth.
· Experience building or working within lead scoring models to identify MQLs and SQLs based on behaviour and fit.
