Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive company personnel or authorized individuals to and from destinations as instructed.
  • Deliver and collect documents, packages, or goods as required.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in good working condition—performing daily inspections and reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and properly maintained (oil, water, tires, lights, etc.).
  • Observe all traffic rules, regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Assist passengers with loading/unloading of items as needed.
  • Keep a daily logbook of travel routes, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance performed.
  • Coordinate with the fleet or admin department for vehicle registration, insurance, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate or Vocational Course graduate.
  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, and 3 preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably as a company or personal driver.
  • Good knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and road safety regulations.
  • Must be physically fit and mentally alert.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
