Job Summary:

The Company Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of products, equipment, and supplies from the commissary to designated stores, pop-ups, or event venues. The role demands a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and adherence to safety, hygiene, and company protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products and equipment from the commissary to stores, pop-up locations, or events as assigned.
  • Load and unload goods with care to prevent spoilage or damage, especially delicate items like egg tarts.
  • Secure delivery receipts and inventory checklists; ensure proper turnover and acknowledgment at each delivery site.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checks; promptly report any maintenance concerns.
  • Comply strictly with all traffic laws and company driving policies.
  • Submit route logs, fuel receipts, and maintenance records in a timely manner.
  • Assist with store errands, equipment transport, and supply runs when requested by the Operations Team.
  • Maintain professional appearance, proper grooming, and wear the complete company-issued uniform while on duty.
  • Follow instructions for proper movement and handling of crates, packaging, and other delivery materials.
  • Immediately report any road incidents, delivery issues, or unexpected delays to the Operations Team.
  • Handle all items—especially tarts—with care, avoiding unnecessary exposure to heat, sunlight, or rough handling.
  • Refrain from engaging in outside or freelance work, making unauthorized stops, or transporting non-company personnel during work hours.

Qualifications:

  • Valid professional driver's license (with restriction codes appropriate for delivery vehicle type)
  • Proven experience as a company or delivery driver
  • Good knowledge of Metro Manila roads and basic vehicle troubleshooting
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
  • Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php645.00 per day
