What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of civil engineering projects
  2. Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and develop solutions

  4. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation to support project delivery
  5. Ensure projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative approaches

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector
  3. Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  4. Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
  5. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
  8. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Masinloc Zambales region
