Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of employees — including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain a positive, motivated, and goal-oriented work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing effective strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage inventory, product replenishment, and stock accuracy, including handling expirations and damages.
  • Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with brand guidelines and enhances customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
  • Implement loss prevention and safety protocols within the store.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and key performance metrics.
  • Support the opening and setup of new store locations when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (required).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving store performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management systems (POS, ERP).
  • Skilled in sales analysis, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Experience in Vendor Contract Management (VCM) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned outside of home location.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail, particularly in entertainment or family-oriented establishments.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
