Job Summary:

We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Civil Engineer) to join our team. The role is responsible for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency of civil engineering projects.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and construction management (preferably in industrial or plant-related projects)
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost estimation, and engineering standards
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment of schedules and deliverables
  • Analyze project progress and recommend corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to support project decision-making
  • Generate and maintain project reports, documentation, and updates for management review
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in project planning and execution
