About the role

Movement Precision Davao Physical Therapy Clinic in Davao City, Davao del Sur is looking for a full-time Cashier/Front Desk Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the day-to-day administrative and financial operations at our clinic.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries over the phone, email, or in person
  2. Processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records
  3. Handling cash and reconciling daily transactions
  4. Ordering and managing clinic supplies
  5. Providing administrative support to the clinic team as needed
  6. Ensuring the front desk and waiting area are well-organised and presentable

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, or Front Desk Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  4. Proficient in using office equipment and software, such as computers, printers, and basic accounting or billing systems
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
  6. A positive, customer-focused attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care
