  • Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with strong experience in PHP, Java, and JavaScript to guide a team of developers and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and support engineering team members. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in backend development, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building robust, innovative systems while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.

  • Qualifications

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable):

Minimum of 5 years hands-on development experience in:

PHP (Primary)

Java (Primary)

JavaScript (Secondary)

  • Preferred Basic Knowledge:

MS Visual Basic 6C#PL/SQLMS ASP 3.0Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.

Strong programming, debugging, and analytical skills.

Experience guiding or mentoring technical teams.

Solid understanding of SDLC, development methodologies, and best practices.

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Strong desire for continuous learning and leadership growth.

  • Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers, including code reviews, coaching, and troubleshooting support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful delivery of software initiatives.

Mentor team members and support their career growth through regular feedback and development planning.

Contribute to strategic planning, architecture discussions, and technology evaluations.

Manage project tasks, allocations, and priorities to meet milestones and deadlines.

Monitor project timelines, resource utilization, and budgets to ensure efficient execution.

Identify and mitigate risks proactively, addressing issues as they arise.

Promote a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
