Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor – Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, leading the store team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining service and product quality. This role plays a key part in upholding the Fish2Go brand and achieving sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead store crew to deliver excellent customer service and operational standards
  • Ensure daily sales, inventory, and product quality reports are accurate and submitted on time
  • Monitor food preparation, hygiene, and store cleanliness in compliance with company standards
  • Implement store-level strategies to achieve sales goals and reduce wastage/expired products
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure consistent positive experience
  • Conduct daily briefings, performance checks, and team coaching
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and commissary for stock and product concerns
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, POS transactions, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in store or food operations, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in inventory management and POS systems is an advantage
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
