Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management & Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their goals and develop professionally.
- Task Delegation:

Organize workflow by assigning tasks and responsibilities to subordinates and monitoring their progress.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback:

Evaluate team performance and productivity, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and performance appraisals.
- Operational Oversight:

Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, monitor daily workflows, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Policy Enforcement:

Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, or conflicts within the team.
- Communication:

Act as the primary communication link between employees and upper management, relaying directives and providing updates.
- Training & Development:

Provide training and ongoing coaching to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Hiring & Discipline:

May participate in screening, hiring, and handling disciplinary actions for team members.
