Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Backhoe Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for operating a backhoe to excavate, load, move, and grade materials such as dirt, gravel, and sand. This role is essential to site preparation, construction, and maintenance projects in various industries including construction, utilities, and public works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate backhoe equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Excavate trenches, foundations, and other areas as per project specifications.
  • Load materials into trucks or spread materials at construction sites.
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on the backhoe.
  • Interpret blueprints, job orders, and markings to determine job site location and specifications.
  • Ensure safety of self, coworkers, and equipment by following company and regulatory safety procedures.
  • Communicate with site supervisors, crew members, and other operators to coordinate work.
  • Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Perform minor site clean-up and assist other crew members as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php1,100.00 per day
