The Role We're looking for a Senior Software Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python (Django) and JavaScript who can take full ownership of the development lifecycle - from architecture to CI/CD rollout. You'll work directly with our founders and product leads, lead all development efforts, and ensure seamless deployment through GitHub Actions → Docker environments. You will also guide junior developers and interns, set coding standards, and help drive the technical direction of our platform.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the end-to-end development of ehs tools' SaaS modules using Python (Django) and Vue.


• Fully own the deployment pipeline using GitHub Actions, Docker containerization, and production rollout workflows.


• Guide and mentor junior developers/interns; conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.


• Design and implement AI-powered features using OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok API, Gemini API, and vector DBs.


• Architect scalable APIs and optimize database schema design.


• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.


• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to deliver timely, high-quality releases.


• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For


• 3–5 years of experience with Python (Django) and JavaScript (Vue/React)


• Strong command of REST APIs, ORMs, and database schema design


• Hands-on experience with Docker for development and deployment


• Experience using GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows


• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, Gemini, Pinecone/Qdrant)


• Strong architectural and problem-solving skills


• Experience mentoring junior developers


• Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment
