PPC Manager

We are seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to drive growth for our family-owned cosmetics and beauty business on Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing brand in the beauty/aesthetics industry and help optimize our advertising campaigns to increase visibility, sales, and ROI on the Amazon marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem. You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our entire Amazon advertising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-performing opportunities
• Create, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale)
• Monitor daily campaign performance, adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on data insights
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, keywords, and campaign structures to improve performance
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation across different campaign types
• Stay updated with Amazon advertising platform changes, new features, and best practices
• Collaborate with our team to align PPC strategies with overall business goals
• Optimize product listings and ensure they are PPC-ready with proper keywords and compelling content
• Track competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with demonstrable results - MUST
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising platforms
• Experience with keyword research tools and Amazon advertising analytics
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - MUST
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or aesthetics industry is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Amazon advertising certifications or relevant training
• Experience with third-party Amazon PPC management tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO and product listing optimization
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other PPC platforms
• Understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics and customer behavior
• Experience working with beauty or cosmetics brands
• Ability to work in Costa Rica time zone or flexible hours to align with our team
