Job Description:

  • Perform ocular inspection of the subject property, as well as site inquiries (anywhere in the Philippines)
  • Data gathering and research
  • Cost estimation / valuation of property
  • Report writing

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering with license in the same field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • With 6 months to 1 year experience as Real Estate Analyst, a plus.
  • REA License is an advantage, but not required.
  • Willing to work on an office-based setup and travel for site inspections within LUZVIMIN areas.
  • Must be a resident near Makati City.
  • Available to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
