JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Analyze the work procedures and work methods statement for telecom networks design and make suggestions for improvement if necessary.

2. Take part effectively in clarification and coordination meetings dedicated for telecom

3. Responsible for timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents

4. Frequently coordinates with clients of top corporations and government personnel

5. Minute taking during meetings

6. Manage request for documentation

7. Set, copy, scan, and store documents

8. File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage

  • Acceptance documents (borelogs, redline, quantity survey, physical test, FOC test, mandrel test)
  • Other billing documents
  • Permit files

9. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD 2D & 3D Design for OSP projects

10. Knowledgeable about Billing Docs of Converge, DITO, PLDT and Globe Projects

11. Reports directly to the Project Managers and Supervisors

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree

2. Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in telco and/or construction companies

3. Knowledge on permitting and ROW is a plus.

4. Willing to do field works and be assigned to Northern Luzon and NCR for some time.

5. Can start asap

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
