Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm EST
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software and Product Designer to join their team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces for an AI-powered health assistant and related tools. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing patient experiences and building trust through thoughtful, user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accessible and patient-friendly interfaces for an AI-driven health assistant.

  • Translate complex product concepts and AI workflows into clear UX flows and responsive UI components.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of design systems.

  • Prioritize simplicity, clarity, and trust in healthcare-related user interactions.

  • Design solutions for both patient-facing applications and internal support tools.

  • Maintain brand consistency, evolve the design system, and ensure usability across platforms.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.

  • Experience in healthcare, patient support, or AI interface design (highly desirable).

  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and responsive web design best practices.

  • Strong understanding of accessible design standards, including WCAG guidelines.

  • Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to independently manage design cycles and deliverables.
