We areseeking a dedicated Technical Support (CSR - Local Account) to join our team in Iloilo, Western Visayas. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and customer service to our local clients. This role is a crucial part of our customer-focused operations, ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need to succeed.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all support activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our technical support processes and procedures
  • Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers

What we're looking for

  • At least a HS/SHS GRADUATE + MUST HAVE LATE STAGE COLLECTOR EXPERIENCE (BPO OR NON-BPO)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Proficiency in using various software and technology tools to provide effective customer support
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
