About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic call center team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. As a CSR - Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of 25, ,000 Philippine Pesos. We are looking for individuals who are available to start immediately.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to resolve customer problems
- Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our database
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude to ensure a pleasant customer experience
What we're looking for
- Open for High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Fluent in English
- Amenable to work Onsite and shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
Start Date: SEPTEMBER 2025
