About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic call center team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. As a CSR - Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of 25, ,000 Philippine Pesos. We are looking for individuals who are available to start immediately.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to resolve customer problems
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our database
  4. Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude to ensure a pleasant customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Open for High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  3. Fluent in English
  4. Amenable to work Onsite and shifting schedule
  5. Can start ASAP

Start Date: SEPTEMBER 2025
