Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure printers for clients.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
  • Diagnose and repair printer hardware and software issues.
  • Provide technical support and user guidance for proper printer use.
  • Replace defective parts and maintain spare parts inventory.
  • Document all service and repair activities.
  • Travel to client sites for on-site troubleshooting and servicing.
Qualifications:
  • Vocational course or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Printer Technician or related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of different printer models and systems.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license (if have)
  • Ability to work independently
