What you will do as Agency Recruitment Specialist:

  1. In-charge of sourcing prospective recruits using personal leads and conduct business opportunities program and licensing review sessions for Yuchengco Group companies following the recruitment synergy program to contribute to the attainment of agency manpower target
  2. Sources prospective advisors using personal leads
  3. Conducts Build your Passion session for the Yuchengco Group companies to enjoin them or their family members to become a financial advisor
  4. Conducts regularly business opportunities program sessions and licensing review programs
  5. Ensures completion of licensing document requirements and proper turn over to agency once coded

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course
  • At least 2 years performing the recruitment function
  • Advantage if well versed in conducting training programs
