Attend to all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests

Facilitate end to end recruitment

Conduct employee orientation and maintain records of new employees

Coordinate training classes and keep training records

Assist in the execution of performance management procedures

Complete termination paper work and exit interviews

Maintain employee files and digital records in the HR system

Assisting with employee relations

Administration of compensation and benefits and record keeping

Company wide committee facilitation and participation

Company employee communication

Employee safety, welfare, wellness, health reporting and employee services

Assisting with the day to day efficient operation of the HR office

Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Perform other tasks that may be assigned
