Responsibility:

• Lead the social and content strategy and calendar, planning, and execution for our blog and social channels

• Lead and mentor a team of content writers and social media specialists to ensure high-quality output and alignment with brand tone and vision.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (SEO, CRM, product, design) to align content with business goals

• Manage a team of content creators and social media(writers, editors, etc.)

• Work with developers/designers to publish and update blog content on our platform

• Maintain content structure, tags, and SEO best practices within the CMS or code repository

• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others to guide future content strategy, Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, conversion rate) using industry-standard tools.

• Demonstrate strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and crafting compelling campaign messages that resonate with the driver community.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' content to inspire new ideas



• Proven experience as a Social media and content lead, content strategist, or similar role

• Strong editorial skills with an eye for clean, engaging copy

• Familiarity with publishing workflows in Next. js-based blogs (CMS integrations like Sanity, Contentful, or headless WordPress)

• Understanding of technical SEO and content structure

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
