Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive user research plans using mixed-method approaches, including interviews, focus groups, diary studies, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral data analysis.
  • Deeply understand user needs, pain points, motivations, and usage contexts to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Translate research findings into impactful deliverables such as insights reports, personas, customer journey maps, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, design, data science, and operations—to influence product direction and feature development.
  • Build and maintain research roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities; develop and manage reusable research tools, templates, and method libraries.
  • Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation efforts, helping assess the impact of UX changes on user behavior and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all research activities adhere to ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; preferred majors include Marketing, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics
  • Experience: 2-5 years in user research; prior experience in internet/SaaS/mobile apps is a plus
  • Solid research methods; able to design and execute complete research plans independently
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis abilities; proficient with analysis tools (SPSS/Excel/R/Python basics; SQL a plus)
  • Excellent synthesis and communication; able to translate complex insights into actionable product recommendations
  • Experience in producing personas, journey maps, task analysis, scenario modeling, etc.
  • Strong project management capability; able to deliver across multiple projects
  • Proficient English reading of research literature preferred
  • Empathetic, inquisitive, results-oriented, curious about products
  • Experience with cross-cultural user research
  • Ability to design and conduct home-based or in-person research scenarios
  • Familiarity with research ethics, informed consent, data anonymization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
