About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Accounting/Finance Staff to join our dynamic team at International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our growing business operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and other reports in a timely manner
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as required

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar accounting/finance role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
