Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, reporting findings and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE safety regulations and ISO OHS 45001:2018
  • Deliver safety training and awareness programs to staff
  • Maintain safety documentation and prepare reports for management
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure legal compliance

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any technical or related course
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role ; must be in construction industry
  • Certification in BOSH / COSH and other specialized training i.e. LCM, HIRAC, etc. (required)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Marinduque
