Site Architect

• Lead the architectural design and planning of site-specific construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and budgetary constraints.
• Develop site layout plans, elevations, and architectural details in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and detailed construction documents in compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design intent is executed, and resolve on-site design or technical issues.
• Liaise between the construction team and the design office to manage design changes, material selection, and architectural quality control.
• Serve as the primary architectural point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors during the construction phase.
• Facilitate design meetings and presentations, incorporating feedback into actionable design revisions.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and modern architectural technologies into site plans and building designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and building technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate potential site-related design risks early in the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports on architectural progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and senior leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
