Job Description Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate various property-related projects including tenant improvements, capital upgrades, and site repairs, while supporting Project Managers as needed
  • Manage documentation such as requisitions, change orders, and invoices; assist with site evaluations and physical audit report preparation
  • Facilitate consultant and contractor selection, track project progress, and ensure proper approvals for budget and organizational changes

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, or a related technical discipline preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, or project management preferred
  • Willing to be relocated in Boracay
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, construction processes, and technical documentation essential
