Field Salesman

Location: Cabuyao Sales Office - National Hi-Way Bo. Sala Cabuyao, Laguna
Driver's License is an advantage

Role Summary:
As a Salesman, you will be on the frontlines of product distribution—building outlet relationships, executing sales plans, and ensuring market presence in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and distribute beverage products in assigned territory

• Achieve monthly sales targets (2,400 cases)

• Ensure product visibility and merchandising in outlets

• Conduct 40 calls/day and manage 240 active selling outlets

• Handle stock withdrawal, order-taking, delivery, and collection

• Accurately complete sales invoices and remit collections daily

• Submit reports to supervisor and settlement analyst

• Follow all company procedures and KPI standards

Qualifications:
High school or college level education
Experience in field sales or route selling is a plus
Familiarity with routes
Must have a professional or non-professional driver's license
Willing to work 6 days a week, report at 6:00 AM daily
