In Charge (PIC) on regulatory matters. To help provide an objective assessment regarding the process and control environment. Through consultative engagements, the role seeks to assess the degree of compliance with policies, rules, procedures and external regulations.

Job Responsibilities:1. Assist the Unit Head in creating a robust management framework to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.2. Prepares Risk Management Committee (RMC) materials and functions as RMC Secretariat providing Notices and Minutes of Meeting on a timely manner.3.

Supports the preparation, localization, and alignment of Group policies on Risk Management to local regulatory principles as set forth by the BSP with focus on Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Recovery Plan and Operational Resiliency.4. Act as Person In Charge (PIC) in the creation of the branch ICAAP and Recovery Plan and Operational Resiliency.5.

Assists the BCP Officer in implementation of Business Continuity Plan and coordination of Drills as alternate6. Supports the In Office Inspections (IOI), reporting of results of inspection to

General Manager and tracks the settlement of In-Office Inspection Comment Referral (IICR) if any as alternate7. Supports the

Non-Financial Risk Team in various risk assessment of emerging risks such as but not limited to Technology Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Data Governance and Operational Resiliency8. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the Management, Department Head and Unit Head from time to timeQualifications:1. Versed in local regulatory policies and guidelines related to Risk Management2.

Working knowledge and experience in compliance with local regulations on Technology Risk Management3. Experience in Operational Risk, Technology, Internal and/or external Audit gained within an international financial institution and/or professional services firm4. Knowledge on various risk tools and methodologies5.

Well-developed knowledge of banking system and processes6. At least 5 years experience in a similar role7. Worked in a foreign or local commercial/universal bank8.
