Key Responsibilities:

Quality Documentation & Records Management

  • Develop, review, and maintain quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions, forms, and other controlled documents.
  • Ensure all documents follow proper version control, approval workflows, and filing systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, reports, and audit findings.
  • Ensure documentation compliance with ISO, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with established processes and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor status updates.
  • Support external audits or certification visits by preparing required documents and evidence of compliance.
  • Monitor process adherence and report non-conformities with clear documentation.

Process Improvement & Training

  • Analyze data from quality records and recommend improvements.
  • Support the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Provide training or orientation to employees on QA processes, documentation standards, and SOPs.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare quality reports, metrics, summaries, and audit results for management review.
  • Communicate gaps, risks, and compliance issues promptly to the QA Supervisor/Manager.
