We're looking for a General Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you'll support the Finance team through a variety of tasks including:

  • Processing daily invoices, credits, and statements.
  • Following up with customers on overdue accounts and managing stop-credit procedures.
  • Reviewing sales invoices to confirm correct pricing and freight charges.
  • Handling supplier invoices and ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and ad hoc financial reporting.
  • Assisting with customer credit queries and managing the accounts email inbox.
  • Supporting travel bookings and maintaining the company travel calendar.
  • Ensuring accurate digital filing and documentation management.
  • Answering incoming account-related calls and providing excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years' experience in AR/AP or a similar finance support role.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, SAP, Oracle Netsuite).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work Australian working hours.
  • Open to work onsite or relocate in Angeles City, Pampanga.
