IT Personnel – Pre-Sales, Implementation & Technical Support

What Will Be Your Role?

  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demos and solution presentations
  • Assist in system implementation, installation, and configuration
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for clients (onsite and remote)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project deployment and client satisfaction

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Hands-on, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to client needs

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational course in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience or exposure to pre-sales, implementation, or tech support is an advantage
  • Willing to do fieldwork and work onsite in Mandaluyong City
