About the Role

The
Senior ERP Systems Admin
plays a key role in managing MA Financial Group's Core Real Estate ERP system, ensuring stability, accuracy, and efficiency across day-to-day operations. This role focuses on system administration, user support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls
  • Record, prioritise, and resolve user support issues; escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Conduct regular system checks, validations, and upgrades
  • Develop SQL-based reports and implement configurations or customisations as required
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and process manuals
  • Support ERP module implementations, including data migration, testing, and post-rollout support
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and drive system enhancements

About You

  • At least
    6 years of experience
    in ERP system administration, database management, or a related technical role
  • Strong
    SQL report writing
    and data management experience
  • Deep understanding of system configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in the
    Retail Property
    or
    Real Estate
    industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science
    , or related field preferred
