Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or BSBA major in Financial or General Accounting
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to work on-site, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description

  • Assist in daily accounting operations
  • Prepare and organize financial reports
  • Handle general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Monitor and reconcile account balances to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance requirements
